Yurre Peñagarikano has a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism from Deusto University and graduated in Marketing from Exeter University. She has been the manager of the Urola Kosta Rural Development Association (URKOME) since February 2008. As well as working with different public institutions (local councils of the district municipality, Gipuzkoa Provincial Government and the Basque Government) on rural development projects and activities, she is involved with private-public entities on cooperation projects that help the rural development of our district municipality and its stakeholders.
