Graduated in Law from Deusto University.
For the last 30 years, Tamara Yagüe has been linked to TECUNI SAU, a company specialised in projects to generate, transport, transform and distribute electricity with a focus on smart grids and outdoor lighting.
When TECUNI joined the VINCI Group in 2007, she became the Managing Director, a post she held until January 2025.
Tamara is currently the President of Confebask (2023) (Basque Business Confederation), as well as being an independent member of the Board of the Basque Energy Agency (2021).
During her career, she has been a leading member of different business organisations, including being President of FVEM (Bizkaia Metal Federation, 2020-2023).
