Maria Vidal has been working at the Catalan Waste Agency. She started out as a technician at the Catalan Recycling Centre and has been Head of the Waste Recovery Promotion Department since 2010; her department is tasked with fostering the material recovery and reuse of existing waste and the search for new ways of waste material recovery in all areas (industrial, municipal and construction) for all waste fractions from a circular economy approach.
