Lexuri Elorriaga Lekue is the General Manager of BASQUEFIK, the Basque Country’s Investment and Financial Cluster, whose mission is to drive the transformation of the financial ecosystem towards a more sustainable and competitive model. During her more than 25 years’ experience as CFO at multinational financial entities. Lexuri has led restructuring and transformation processes in complex environments. She was CFO at Credit Suisse for Spain and Portugal, and a member of the Steering Committee. Lexuri also lectures at OBS Business School and is a coach and mentor at Deusto Business Alumni. Committed to gender equality and good governance, she works with EJE&CON and WA4STEAM (Women Angels for STEAM). Lexuri graduated in Economics and Business Studies from Deusto University, has an MSc in Finance from London Business School and an Executive MBA from IE.
