Jose Miguel has over 10 years’ experience in the sustainability and energy efficiency sector, and has worked on strategic projects for leading companies such as Iberdrola, KPMG and the Hotusa Group. His career includes managing sustainable finance initiatives, implementing measures to reduce greenhouse gases and coordinating renewable energy projects. His current role in Iberdrola is focused on rolling out projects related to the European Union’s sustainable finance regulation, fostering sustainable and responsible business practices. He had previously led energy efficiency, climate change, sustainable and environmental due diligence projects. Jose Miguel graduated in Environmental Science and has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering.
