Blanca Maria Lekube graduated in Industrial Chemical Engineering from the University of the Basque Country, has a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, and a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the Valencia International University. Blanca spent the first ten years of her career in Austria: first as a quality manager at Tiger Coatings, and later as a project manager at the TCKT technology centre, where she headed different projects in the area of developing thermoplastics using bio-based, biodegradable and recycled materials. She joined Leartiker in 2020 as a researcher and project coordinator in the Sustainable Transport area, where she has led different project related to the development of innovative materials and process optimisation to adapt them to those materials.
