Ángela Fernández currently holds the post as Agaleus Managing Director and has extensive knowledge of the environmental sector and of the industrial waste management market. Previously, she was the company’s R&D, Environment and Quality Director. She has also headed different research projects to do with waste treatment and recovery for reuse. Ángela is a chemical engineer and also holds an MBA and a Master’s Degree in OHS, meaning her technical knowledge is underpinned by comprehensive training in business. She also has a clear institutional profile, as she has been the point of contact with the different administrations since she joined the company; she is current the Chair of the Association of Chemical Companies of Bizkaia (AVEQ-KIMIKA) and 4th Vice-President of CEBEK, along with being a member of the Confebask Executive Committee and she is a member of the Elkargi SGR Board of Directors.
