Aitor Cobanera graduated in Economics and Business Studies from Deusto University and has a Diploma in Export Management from INSIDE.
He is currently the SPRI Business Promotion Director (Industrial Promotion and Development, Entrepreneurship, Clusters, and Attracting foreign investment).
Aitor is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the 3 Basque Technology Parks and of Sprilur, the industrial land company.
He has previously held other posts in the SPRI Group (General Manager and Technology and Innovation Director); General Manager of Venture Capital Management of the Basque Country (Board Member of 18 investee companies and Member of the ASCRI Management Board), Industrial Promotion Director of the Basque Government and Consultant at PwC.
