Full Professor of the Company Organisation Department at the Gipuzkoa School of Engineering and a contributor to the Circular Economy Business Centre of the UPV/EHU. Accredited as a tenured professor, German is the co-lead researcher of the Technology for Business, Society and Sustainability consolidated research group funded by the Basque Government. His research includes studies on the impact of integrating business management models and new technologies in the Circular Economy. As regards his main successes, special mention should be made of his supervision of PhD dissertations, leadership in cross-border research projects, his integration in international research networks, participation in a European cooperation project in Madagascar and over 50 articles published in leading international journals.
