Graduated in Environmental Science from León University, Master’s Degree in Waste Management and Treatment, and Master’s Degree in Organic Agriculture from Barcelona University. Carmen has a strong background in innovation, technology transfer and business training. She has been the Director of the Catalan Waste Cluster since 2024
