Lydia Navarro Velasco is a Civil Engineer and has a degree in Business Administration and Management, with extensive experience in project management and public policies. She is currently Senior Engineer at the Project Division of the European Investment Bank, working on projects related to waste management and the circular economy.
During her career, she also held different posts at Madrid City Council, including, Assistant General Director for Waste Collection and Transport, Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and SMEs and Head of the Urban Environmental Control Service. Her experience includes team management, budget management, and planning and coordinating public policies in the areas of urban planning and the environment.
