Doctor y Máster en Economía (Georgetown University, Washington, DC) y Licenciado en Economía (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, UAM).
En Orkestra trabaja en proyectos de investigación relacionados con los procesos de transición energética, la descarbonización de la economía y de los distintos sectores, las redes de distribución inteligentes, la fiscalidad de la energía y la financiación verde, el empleo verde, la movilidad sostenible, los mercados energéticos, la eficiencia energética, el almacenamiento de energía, la sostenibilidad del sector energético y el conjunto de la economía, etc.
Antes de incorporarse a Orkestra, trabajó durante 6 años como Director Técnico en Iberian Gas Hub (proyecto de hub de gas natural en la Península Ibérica). Fue Director Asociado en Intermoney Energía durante 8 años, consultora especializada en mercados energéticos, trading de energía, gestión de riesgos, modelización y previsión energética (demanda, precios, etc.). Previamente, trabajó como Consultor en NERA Economic Consulting durante 6 años, especializándose en regulación energética, gestión de riesgos, diseño de mercados y tarifas energéticas, etc.
Ha publicado capítulos de libros y artículos en revistas académicas y del sector energético y tiene una amplia experiencia como ponente en conferencias y eventos del sector energético.
