Daniel Arribas graduated in Law and Economics from the Carlos III University of Madrid and has a Master’s Degree in European Union Law from that same university. In the last parliamentary term, he worked as the legal officer of the Spanish Ministry of Consumer Affairs, where he headed the production of legislation and provided legal advice in that regard.
As a lawyer, Daniel has specialised in Competition Law. He has spent his career in international and national law firms, and has been involved in providing legal advice on administrative enforcement proceedings with national authorities and the European Union, as well as on anti-trust proceedings, State aid and advertising.
