Mª Belén García Fernández has a PhD in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and an Executive MBA from IE Business School. Since early 2015, she has headed the Packaging Technology Platform (PACKNET), which has over a hundred national entities signed up to the packaging value chain. Her remit includes coordinating the private-public partnership projects being developed in the R&D area of the Spanish packaging sector. She is likewise in charge of managing other programmes to boost research in this area.
Belen has extensive professional experience with over 20 years in management and most of her career has been abroad.
