PhD specialising in biodiversity and environmental sustainability and Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Barcelona University, where she taught on the Environmental Sciences degree course. She also has a Degree in Natural Resources and Environment Engineering from the National University of Salta, Argentina.

She has more than 11 years experience in the management of national and international sustainability and circular economy projects. Throughout her career, she has coordinated multiple consortia with national and international companies and research centres and was responsible for communication and coordination with the European Commission.
