ESG Director - Kutxabank

Graduate in Economics and Business Studies and Postgraduate in Financial Advice from Deusto University. She began her professional career as an auditor for companies in the financial sector and the Basque industrial sector at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. She joined Kutxabank (then BBK) in 1994, where she has held management positions in the retail commercial network. Participation in the management team of BBK Social Welfare, specialising in the assessment and monitoring of social projects financed by the entity in the field of inclusion and social innovation. She is currently responsible for ESG management at Kutxabank, reporting to the Communication and Sustainability area. This directorate coordinates the lines of work related to sustainability, especially in aspects related to sustainable finance.

She has recently completed the “Management Development Programme in Sustainable Finance” at AFI, School of Finance, and the “Certification Course in Sustainable Investments” at the Barcelona School of Management.
