Degree in Biological Sciences from the UPV, Master in Biotechnology (Strachclyde University), in Business Administration (ESEUNE) and in Food Business Management (San Telmo International Institute).

With a solid research experience, being an entrepreneur and a consolidated manager in different companies such as Ikertek Diagnostics, Azti-Tecnalia, the Lactological Institute of Lekunberri, Jon Ander has led BASQUE FOOD CLUSTER since its foundation in 2009 and works to boost innovation and the competitiveness of a more sustainable Basque food value chain.
