Co-founder and Managing Director - Txita

Founder and head of the Donostia-based company, TXITA, dedicated to sustainable urban mobility.

President of the CICLOLOGÍSTICA Association, which seeks to group and represent companies from the peninsula dedicated to delivery by bicycle.

We created TXITA in 2006 with the aim of providing our city with a sustainable mobility service for people (mainly tourists), consisting of rides and urban transport by bicycle-taxi (pedal-assisted tricycles).

In 2009, we expanded our activity, offering logistics operators the service of sustainable urban distribution of goods in the last mile, using cargo bicycles and tricycles from a micro-HUB located in the centre of Donostia. Clients, such as DHL, DACHSER, SEUR, San Martín Market, among others, trust in us.

In parallel, we also rent and sell tricycles for different uses and offer guidance to public and private entities, based on our knowledge and experience in sustainable urban distribution in the last mile.

We are currently a team of 15 people, and without all of them (along with those who are no longer here), it would have been impossible to get to where we are today!
