Director of Financial Policy - Department for the Economy and Finance Basque Government

Degree in Business Administration and Management from Navarra University.

10 years experience in International Banking, in the Corporate Banking department at HSBC in Madrid and Paris.

She has been the Basque Government’s Director of Financial Policy since November 2020. The position’s responsibilities include management of the Basque Country’s Public Debt and credit or loan operations, and it is in this area that public issues of sustainable bonds are made.

I am also responsible for the management of the Treasury and the supervision and promotion of EPSVs and I sit on various Boards, such as Elkargi, Luzaro and Capital Riesgo, and I participate in OFISO and CNMV Advisory Committee meetings.
