She holds a PhD in Biology from the University of the Basque Country.
Her professional experience has been linked to research in agricultural companies such as APPACALE S.A. related to obtaining new varieties and application of Biotechnology in the improvement process, Neikertek S.L. where she participated in preparing business plans for science and technology-based companies and from 2009 to 2014 she has been the Manager of Newco Sociedad para la Transferencia de Tecnología en Patata S.L., a technology-based company related to new technologies applied to potatoes.
In March 2014, she joined Udapa taking charge of the R&D&I Department, leading the area for the development of new products and the application of new agro-food technologies.
In 2020 she obtained the Diploma in Food Industries Management from the San Telmo International Institute.
