She has a degree in Environmental Sciences from Salamanca University and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from the EOI in Madrid. She has more than 14 years experience in the area of sustainability in industry;

She worked for BUNGE IBÉRICA for 8 years, where she became the Environmental Coordinator for Spain with 3 industrial plants under her responsibility. Subsequently, she worked at COSENTINO for 6 years, where she started working as an Environmental Engineer and then led a Circular Economy R&D&I Project for 2 years, and was eventually promoted to the company’s Environmental Footprint and LCA Manager. She is currently in charge of the Environment and Energy of the Steel Cluster, providing environmental advice and technical services to the main steelworks in Spain, especially in relation to decarbonisation and the circular economy. She is also a mentor for the Circular Economy course given by ESADE and has participated in the patenting of a technosoils patent and the publication of a scientific article on the subject.
