PhD in Chemistry from Salford University (UK). Graduate in Chemical Sciences from the University of the Basque Country.

18 years research experience in the field of nanomaterials, sol-gel chemistry and nano-structured materials.

Since 2007, she has been working at TECNALIA-BRTA as a researcher and research project manager.

Currently, her research focuses on the development of aerogels and aerogel-based products with multi-sectoral application.

She is the author of two patents and multiple scientific papers in SCI journals and has participated in several national and international conferences.
