Higinio Fernández
Territorial director - AEDAS Homes
Higinio Fernández has been the Northern Territorial Director of AEDAS Homes since 2021, and is responsible for development and developer operations in the Basque Country, Navarre, Castilla y León, Galicia and Cantabria.
He has more than 20 years of professional experience in the Spanish real estate sector, having worked for renowned companies such as Ferrovial, Vallehermoso and BuildingCenter (CaixaBank). He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cantabria.
